An Indonesian citizen, born in 1967. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (1991) and a Master's degree in Industrial Management from Universitas Indonesia & Queensland University of Technology (1998).

Prior to his appointment as President Commissioner in August 2023, he served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Investment at PT Pertamina (Persero) in 2018.

Aris Budiman

Commissioner

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1965. He holds a Master's degree in Police Science (1999) and has a distinguished career as an officer of the Indonesian National Police.

Appointed as Commissioner of PT Badak NGL in March 2023 to represent shareholder interests in the oversight of corporate governance and compliance.

Wakhid Hasyim

Commissioner

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1967. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada (1991) and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university (2005).

He currently serves as Head of the Human Resources Development Agency at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia. Appointed as Commissioner of PT Badak NGL in May 2024.
