Acclimatization Greenhouse

Bridging the Lab to Nature

Tissue culture explants that are large enough and already have complete organs can be transferred to a greenhouse to start the acclimatization process. Acclimatization is the process of adjusting the environmental transition for in vitro plants (planlet) from controlled conditions to the outside environment. Acclimatization is an important process in a series of tissue culture techniques to enhance the growth of cultured plants. This critical phase require gradual humidity and sunray adjustment.
